Arianna M. Colffer, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at RO & YOU LLP. A proud Orange County native, Ms. Colffer attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where she was awarded a full athletic scholarship to compete on the Division I tennis team. She was a professional tennis instructor before receiving a scholarship from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, she underwent trial advocacy and mediation training. Ms. Colffer now utilizes her distinct background to vigorously defend Workers’ Compensation matters.
 
Professional Background

Prior to joining RO & YOU LLP, Ms. Colffer was an Associate Attorney at

one of the largest Workers’ Compensation defense firms in California. Prior to that, she worked for a boutique personal injury firm.
